To make voting quick and easy, AMFA has created a step-by-step visual guide that walks you through exactly how to complete your ballot correctly.
AMFA would appreciate your vote – because we want to see the best for you and your family. Higher wages. Better contract language. And a union that truly respects your voice.
It’s important to remember that your vote is private and confidential. Ballots are issued by the National Mediation Board (NMB). After marking your selection, you return your ballot directly to the NMB using the provided envelope. No one will know how you voted—your choice remains yours alone.
AMFA believes every employee deserves to vote free from pressure or bullying. We don’t knock on your doors at home or try to shut down voices for offering their own opinions. Our role is to provide accurate information and real facts – it’s up to you to cast a vote that you feel is the best decision for you, your family and your future. Respect for you and your craft is in our DNA.
